A challanging ride but best collection of humans! - Commercial Manager Peak Employee Review

As the headline states, 'best collection of humans' Understandably after a round of redundancies (which is happening right across the tech sector) there are a number of disgruntled ex employees. I completely understand their frustration, when something that holds so much promise doesn't quite work out in the way it was supposed to it inevitably leads to disappointment. That being said, even though I left in the recent round of redundancies I do not regret any of my time at Peak. I feel privileged to have got to work with so many smart and down right cool individuals, all working together to build something new. Everyday was a school day and I am a better person for being part of the experience. Culture is something referenced a lot at Peak, I do believe that the founders and the employees all played their part in trying to create something special and uniquely 'Peak'
