- they don’t support WFH - a lack of stability in terms of work flow management and also moving up in your career - behind on technological advancement - employee has to pay for parking ($250 a month) - High turnover rate (always job postings every week) - lack of training (being ready for the job role) - upper management is VERY biased and one sided. - low pay for the amount of work being done. Every few weeks there was someone quitting.
