      - free health care - language training - experience living in another culture - in-service training opportunities - networking + connections

      Cons

      - can be isolating - PCMOs can be incompetent sometimes/not listen to you - pay is low/difficult to save money - sometimes partner orgs don't know what to do with volunteers so you have to make up your own work

      Great work, good cause. Proud to be a part of the agency.

      Unable to continue due to doge, which seemed unfair. Not based on merit or worth but a number to be eliminated.
