A lot of space to and time to learn all I could about tech transfer so that I could make an enduring contribution. Able to do many different things.

A lack of structure that put off a lot of people. Personally, I loved it because I could widen my experience and contribution to my host-country counterparts. Many volunteers chose to languish and complain instead,
