      Thank you for highlighting the challenges you might have been facing in terms of your daily work. As an early stage start up, as of now, we would like to maintain a lean team. However, if you feel burdened with work at any point of time, please do not hesitate to ask for support from your co - workers irrespective of their designation, function etc. We all work toward the same goal and do not believe in limiting our responsibilities to the scope of one's job role.

      Pros

      Fun loving environment with no hierarchy system . New ideas are always welcome . Learning curve is smooth . You can get hold to current technologies(UI /DataScience etc) . Spending long hours doesn't feel tiresome when you are doing wonderful work and learn new things .

      Cons

      Put some good food in the office for long hours workers and some beverages .

      Thank you for your constructive feedback. As an early stage start up, ensuring that the employees feel at home is always our first priority. Work has already started on certain improvements in terms of the office infrastructure. We would definitely work on your suggestion too.

      An amazing company to work for offering a plethora of opportunities. Transparent ,Freedom, Exposure to some of the best minds in the world, interesting work

      Need to maintain a high energy all the time .

      Thank you so much for the encouraging words! As far as Talent Acquisition is concerned, defining metrics with non - negotiable TAT is something we are already working on and there should be a better process at place in no time.
