Unfortunately, I did not experience any notable positives during my time here. The work-life balance was extremely poor, and there were no genuinely employee-friendly policies in practice, even though some were listed in documentation. The work culture felt rigid and unsupportive, with leadership often lacking empathy and effective direction. Overall, it was a very challenging environment for employee growth and well-being.
