Middle management is very kind.

Extremely religious, which can be uncomfortable. Lack of work/life balance. Senior management and CEO care very little about ensuring appropriate pay and good working environment for employees. Pay below industry standards.

For the 1st three months, there were No problems with paychecks every Friday on time, and cleared banks with No problems.

After the company starting bouncing checks to every employee on a Temporary Assignment in Newburgh, NY: EVERY check cashing place & 3 major banks started refusing to cash paychecks for employees who had worked 40 hours and need their Pay! Alot of lip service, but every "make up" check and a some direct deposits again bounced. They finally needed to WIRE transfer funds for employees to get paid (and stay paid).
