Pros

None. Watch out if you take a position with this company. They will make allot of promises but it is all BS and they will not deliver in the end

Cons

As stated in the pros this company is not honest and will promise allot but then string you along and keep feeding you excuses and BS every day. Straight commission and a stoner manager. If you like being BS'd this is the company for you. This payment processor is just like the rest out there they tout that they are the best and have the best products but in the end do not deliver.

Pros

I would say it’s a remote role that helps you save on gas until they suddenly pull a bait and switch.

Cons

This company is extremely unstable. They will smile to your face one day and let you go the next without any prior warning, leaving you suddenly without income or security for your family. Despite that, they continue sending emails pushing you to participate in company surveys and subtly pressure you to present it as a “great place to work,” which feels very disingenuous. Upper management consistently expects more work for less, and employees are often required to put in long hours. If you try to set reasonable boundaries—like sticking to an 8-hour workday—you’re made to feel like you’re not doing enough. The company also seems to prioritize acquiring other businesses, only to follow up with layoffs shortly after. Leadership messaging is also misleading. In meetings, they encourage employees to “speak to your manager” if workloads become overwhelming, but in reality, that support isn’t there. Additionally, I originally applied for a fully remote position, only to experience a bait-and-switch where I was later required to go into the office. Even then, upper management was rarely present or accessible. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. If you’re considering working here, be prepared for a very unpredictable Rocy ride!

We take feedback about leadership communication, workload expectations, and employee support seriously. It’s important that employees feel they can speak up, set reasonable boundaries, and receive the support they need—your comments highlight areas where we need to continue improving.
