Work that supports small businesses and gives a sense of purpose most of the co-workers are very nice to work with Stuffed kitchen

Cons

Retention issues are exacerbated by a lack of upward mobility — employees often see external candidates filling roles that could be opportunities for internal growth , particularly with the product department -There’s a noticeable pattern of continuous org changes, often monthly, which can lead to uncertainty and fatigue among employees

Lack of structured systems, frequent staff turnover that makes it difficult to identify the appropriate point of contact (POC), and challenges in obtaining data with sufficient historical tracking.
