Pros
I met a few good and supportive colleagues here, but honestly, they represent less than 1% of the entire workforce across all regions.
Cons
* Performative Culture & Empty Promises: The company loves putting on a big show, choosing style over substance. Their corporate narrative is full of empty promises; what they brag about publicly is completely disconnected from the toxic reality on the ground. * Toxic, Volatile, & Gaslighting Managers: Management across regional teams is highly unprofessional. Managers possess massive egos and poor anger management, frequently creating a hostile environment by loudly scolding and publicly humiliating staff. * Fake Consultation & Systematic Blame-Shifting: Managers pretend to consult you, only to ignore your feedback and selectively distort facts. When issues arise, they shift 100% of the blame onto employees while refusing any self-reflection, cowardlike using staff as scapegoats to do the dirty work. * Constant Reorganizations & Frequent Layoffs: The company is in a perpetual state of instability, with frequent reorganizations and layoffs happening almost every single month. Job security here is non-existent. * Employees are Expendable Tools: Hardworking and high-performing employees are punished with an overwhelming workload, while lazy and incompetent workers are coddled. Staff are treated as easily replaceable assets rather than humans.
