Pros
Really love working for this company. Though the company has been around for over 10 years, they are always innovating and doing their best to stay ahead of the curve. From my time here they have never want to be stagnant. Though there is a management structure, they give everyone a voice. There is always an open door policy to the CEO, COO and CTO. Having worked for several organizations in the past, I can say this did not exist. The actual environment is open, bright and what you would expect with a leading tech company - company events, barbeques, stocked beer fridge etc.... Love it here!
Cons
The cons? The only con I can think of is that we are growing so fast that our space is slowly getting crowded.....we have so many new projects and initiatives that we are working on that we are in hiring mode and the extra spaces that we set aside are slowly filling up - not sure if that's a con but what I could think of
