Management will micromanage you, and ultimately break your creative spirit. Management has been abusive at times, being yelled at or chamed publicly was not uncommon, there is little to no trust in the office, with Management deliberately bursting into your work environment at unpredictable times. You will have a hard time making progress in your role because of the result of poor decisions years prior, and ultimately you will be doomed to.fail or underperform in your role because from the start, you were essentially set up for failure.
