Leadership moves around a lot and there’s a whole “let’s throw something at them and see what sticks” mentality. If you are not part of the right circle, you can be let go… even if you are an above quota producer. Definitely way too many politics in play. In 2023 the majority of the top producers left because of how toxic it had become. Not too long after the company went public, the culture started to go downhill as a lot of “friends” of senior executives were promoted. It is mind boggling that share holders allow for leaders to make decisions that are clearly hurting the bottom line of the company. Also, they preach DE&I but only pick and choose which part of those fit the bill. They started to hire more females, but if you take a look, the majority of all employees are Caucasian. Take a look at how many people of color “left” (all pushed out and made to resign instead of being fired) over the past 2 years.
