Pros
- Good work/life balance, although not for every position. - They are inclusive, with lots of people from lots of countries and different ethnicities. So the hell is inclusive.
Cons
- No roles and responsibilities - they will push things that are not related to your job, and you have two options: fail and be blamed or succeed and not being recognized. - No matter how important is your achievement - you'll never get a word of recognition from upper management. - No goals, no objectives, no measurement. It allows them to be upset with you any time they want and for any reason they feel like doing. - Some C-level executives are disconnected from the tech team, and one is specially lazy. - Lots of people coming from all through the world and with barely no support when they arrive. Just a plain PDF and some hints. - A colleague worked for 45 days before his first salary. The other got his salary one week later of the correct date, which is desperation for someone moving countries. The last thing I could expect from a means of payment company.
