Upper management does not realize the stress they have set on their front line, the expectations are unrealistic at times
Training has become terrible, putting them in the phones with NO knowledge, awful for the client experience!.
More and more tasks thrown at front line leadership, expectations WAY out of reach. They tall a good game on SMART goals yet set the expectations so high on DAILY tasks it is impossible to reach. Upper management just passes the buck to the level below them, and then when it hits front line leadership it is expected to stop there and be handled, and if not completed better have a good reason why SOMETHING fell through your fingertips
