Management is very immature. They say work/life balance but they don't tell you until you start that instead of being hired for 40 hours it's only 37.5 and you will be crucified for going over. Benefits are expensive and low grade. Pto and holidays is awful and if you ask before being hired about time off they mark you as lazy.
