A Chaotic Workplace Riddled with Problems - Account Executive Paybotic Employee Review

Working at this company has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. The management is, without a doubt, the worst I've encountered in my career. It's plagued by constant power struggles and a complete lack of professionalism. Employees are forced to walk on eggshells, constantly fearing for their jobs. The manager's behavior is nothing short of appalling; yelling and degrading employees seems to be the norm. To make matters worse, the HR department is entirely unhelpful and has even terminated employees without proper justification. The root of the problem appears to be the owner, who is shockingly under 30 and utterly unqualified to run a business. It's abundantly clear that they lack the necessary maturity and experience. Their constant state of being stoned and their extreme ADHD only exacerbate the chaos in the workplace. They frequently start projects with bursts of energy but rarely follow through, leaving everyone to wonder why they wasted their time and effort. Career growth within this company is virtually non-existent unless you happen to be best friends with the owner. This nepotism is demoralizing and creates a toxic environment where merit and hard work are overlooked in favor of personal relationships. In summary, I would strongly advise against working at this company. The management issues, lack of professionalism, and overall disarray make it a dreadful place to be. Save yourself the stress and disappointment and look for employment elsewhere.
