Pros

Various management positions have been staffed with more mature and experience individuals. Promoted managers have received dedicated training and support. HR team is very proactive and improves quality of onboarding of new comers as well as following up closely on remuneration and equity in the companies.

Cons

Lots of projects and work quantity, very intense and challenging work rithm.

Pros

-Diversity & Inclusion: People from many nationalities come from various personal and professional backgrounds, which provides Payxpert with great value for development and growth. -Autonomy: one of the of the biggest change for me was how much autonomy and ownership I was given. You work directly with the senior team members with the possibility of contibuting your ideas. -Training: Payxpert provides you with a training on the way in that helps you get acclimated as well as offer continuous training and opportunities during the time I was here.

Cons

Nothing remarkable, great experience the time I was in Payxpert.

Pros

Good pay in good industry. Wonderfully warm welcome by HR. Everyone is super nice/cordial. Awesome atmosphere / lively office. Ability to work from home. Great things are being done here, professionally, by motivated people. Company is hiring constantly. Not for slackers. Hard work, flexibility, people skills needed to do well here. Definitely a learning curve that needs to be tackled, not just for the payment industry (and maybe you are already versed) but for internal workings of company as well.

Cons

As it is a growing/maturing company, some of the processes and procedures are not yet well defined or are changing in the act. Its preferred software tools, for example, seem to be in limbo.
