You work directly with the senior team members with the possibility of contibuting your ideas. -Training: Payxpert provides you with a training on the way in that helps you get acclimated as well as offer continuous training and opportunities during the time I was here.

Nothing remarkable, great experience the time I was in Payxpert.

Good pay in good industry. Wonderfully warm welcome by HR. Everyone is super nice/cordial. Awesome atmosphere / lively office. Ability to work from home. Great things are being done here, professionally, by motivated people. Company is hiring constantly. Not for slackers. Hard work, flexibility, people skills needed to do well here. Definitely a learning curve that needs to be tackled, not just for the payment industry (and maybe you are already versed) but for internal workings of company as well.

As it is a growing/maturing company, some of the processes and procedures are not yet well defined or are changing in the act. Its preferred software tools, for example, seem to be in limbo.
