Pros

Honestly there isn't much to say for the pros. If you like to work for a company that is super non-traditional, then this is a company for you.

Cons

Small company that gets very upset when you make comments about how small they are. They have less than 100 employees. The ceo still writes a majority of the code. Not a bad thing in general but you can imagine how hard it is to tell the founder of the company that you work for that his program doesn't work. Interview was not formal at all. One of the people that interviewed me was actually eating while she was asking me questions. Everyone except the talent manager were wearing their pajamas. Not a pleasant experience at all

Pros

None what so ever this place sucks!

Cons

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about PayTrace. My experience working there was deeply disappointing, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. After working hard and dedicating myself to the job, I was let go shortly after informing them that I was expecting a baby. Yes — I told them I was pregnant, and not long after, I was out. It was shocking, hurtful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of support, I was met with silence and then a termination. If you're someone who values fairness, family, or basic decency in the workplace, do NOT apply to PayTrace. This company clearly doesn’t support its employees through major life events — especially women. Their internal culture is not what they advertise. The "values" they talk about seem to only apply when it's convenient for them. The way they treated me left me feeling disposable and disrespected. To anyone considering applying here: don’t. You deserve a workplace that supports you — not one that punishes you for having a life outside of work.
