Overall it was a wonderful experience to work with the start-up The CEO And founder of PAYQ Shibabrata It’s very approachable and friendly and it’s worth to spend every second with him discussing about the expansion and the project details Appraisals are classic ; salary is much better than the other start-up but cannot say the best one

The management lack de centralise Management practice so everything is very centralised and you have to get proper approval from the date of the team to implement any work Also the HRM is not in place
