Pros

1. zilch, no positives. The only benefit is that the management will be as clueless as you with the strategies they are looking forward.

Cons

1. Salaries have been delayed since 2024 December and it still goes on. Salary delays can be upto 20 days and sometimes salaries are even given in instalments. This is the first of its kind benefit. 2. Arrears have been delayed by more than 10 months. 3. FNF are not given out even after continuous feedback. They delay FNF upto 90 days to 100 days. 4. The team has severe audit issues. This is alarming that a NCPI empanelled organisation are very haphazard and clustered. 5. The management doesn't lead rather they will want to confuse you as much as possible. They will twist and turn their words and even take complete U-turns on their verbal and written communication. That's how much we can trust their words.
