Pros
Decent pay, decent benefits. Standard PTO package. Strong employee engagement teams make sure there's always something fun going on. Very flexible, telecommuting options, majority of people are easy to work with and know their jobs well. The service bureau division has strong leadership and is making a lot of great changes and improvements. The culture in that division is completely different from the software division.
Cons
Poor leadership over the last 5+ years has sunk the software division. It's hard to get a product to market when the direction changes every couple months. Constantly promise things that development can't possibly deliver with all of the staffing cuts last year. Software division middle management team is completely dysfunctional - never seen such conflict and communication issues. No accountability. Reputation in the industry is in the toilet. It's getting embarrassing to tell people where you work because our clients hate us-the ones who are left, anyway.
