- Micro management from the owner - Obsessive watching staff on CCTV - Values are not reflected in how staff are treated - Disorganised scheduling which tips work/life balance when shifts are changed last minute with no regard for staff - Pay closer to minimum wage than London Living Wage - I would avoid

shifts were disorganised and shift times often change the night before, high staff turnover and you can quickly see why!
