Company does not communicate effectively with candidates, ignores direct messages and professional outreach, sends blanket rejection emails without properly reviewing applications, qualified applicants are dismissed without fair consideration, leaves candidates feeling undervalued and misled.

Pros

High level of service, very collaborative and welcoming environment, all remote, I can sell to just about any audience and I know my team will do a great job, awesome comp structure....I've been selling for 20 years with 15 of those in staffing. Hands down the best role I've ever had.

Cons

Only con is I didn't come here sooner.

Pros

You learn quickly what you don't want once you've experienced it a few times, in my case, it's a working environment that was riddled with toxicity, immaturity, lack of feedback, lack of growth financially and professionally. Pave Talent has been quite the opposite experience, I often feel like I'm in it with a highly respected, driven, vulnerable and positive work-family. The adage, work hard play hard is something we all seem to live in our own ways. Although we all work smart and push ourselves to be 1% better every day, my personal favorite perk is working remotely anywhere, even while traveling. So it allows you to travel often and live life while making sure you are accountable to yourself, your team, and your high production level. We also spent time with each other over intimate dinners, HH, spa, or other fun events. Part of the culture is having a growth mindset and constantly seeking improvement as a team or personally. If you are a high-level producer in whatever you do and you respect others, this intimate environment may be a good option for you. The leadership team is pretty impressive and just really good people.

Cons

In a small team, things move quickly and you need to be very resourceful to ask for help or find it yourself. For those who wait to be spoon-fed, don't care about having high standards for yourself and your team, and need to be micromanaged, this is definitely not the kind of environment you will thrive in. If you like running your own business within a business but can still work well with your team, be fun and positive, and drama-free, you're probably a better potential fit.
