Patterson Legal Group

Is this your company?

Must be docile and perforated...with work. - CCA Patterson Legal Group Employee Review

Pros

You get to count your employer's billboard Ads on the way to work.

Cons

This place lacks fair compensation and meaningful recognition. They have a disregard for appropriate titles. You may never be called a legal assistant or paralegal. So, if you're looking for a workplace that respects your profession, compensates fairly, and management that listens to employees, I would strongly advise seeking other opportunities.

Opportunities for Growth: This dynamic law firm provides promotion opportunities, and support for skill enhancement across the many departments from our intake team to case management area and accounting/administrative teams. Competitive Compensation: Higher wages that other firms in the area, bonuses for some departments if goals/metrics are met and 100% firm provided health and dental insurance. Our company makes great efforts to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. Cons

Communication: With six different offices in four towns we do not get to be with our coworkers as much as we would like. Things like monthly team meetings via Microsoft Teams and quarterly department outings have helped. Once a year we all get together for our annual summit which is such a great time for all!
