Pros
Opportunity to learn about engines and electric power, if you choose to learn. Work with some great technicians. 401k. Holiday Pay.
Cons
Place has gone downhill since the recent VP change, anyone with talent who is employable has left. Few of the new engine guys are good, about it.
*Managers need to get out of their own way, micro management runs rampant, then poor follow up from management (ie emails sit for days), would be good for managers to learn and understand the jobs of everyone from top to bottom.
*Managers make decisions with little knowledge of what processes are currently in place.
*Managers set the boundaries and guidelines, then change their ideas and contradict themselves depending on which way the wind blows, then call you an idiot.
*Its sink or swim here, they show you how do something once, then figure it out.
*Managers crave being "the smartest one in the room".
*Managers recruit "Yes people" for sales who have little knowledge and dump all the work and responsibility on inside staff.
*Training?
