      Office staff was friendly, at least I thought

      Cons

      Owner doesn't care about his employees. He says if your invisible your doing a good job. Doesn't believe in words of affirmation. This company lives in the stone age of massive amounts of paper.

      Pros

      it’s you and one other person Normally, they train you, and then you get to run it by yourself. The freedom and environment of the job is nice, and you typically get 2 days off a week

      Cons

      The training is not very thorough, and during the summer youd be outside so it gets a little hot. Other than that all good
