Pros

If you are wanting to work away from home, and put in lots of hours as an hourly employee this is for you.

Cons

If you are used to a salaried employee working 40 hour work weeks. You would be better financially to work by the hour because of the hours required.

Pros

It has been over a year since I joined Patner, as an APM and the team we have both in the office and in the field has been great to work with. My team has two other 2APMs, 3PMs and a Sr PM and the willingness from everyone to work together builds an environment where you can ask questions and find solutions together. The PMs and Senior PMs don’t just manage, they take the time to explain processes, share their knowledge, and make sure everyone understands the “why” behind the work. The field team are equally cooperative and often willing to go above what is asked to make sure projects run smoothly and on time. As a company, we take time to celebrate one another both for professional and personal milestones. We find the time to come together to congratulate one another.

Cons

Working with a variety of clients means projects can occasionally overlap, and our workload naturally increases. During those busy periods, it makes a huge difference to have a supportive team that steps in and shares responsibilities.

Cons

No teleworking and just like everywhere, the medical benefits aren't the Best, but the other benefits make up for that!
