Experience with the organization - Project Manager Pathways for Change Employee Review

Staff are dedicated to the mission, warm, knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. Inclusivity is a top priority at Pathways for Change, as they cater to the LGBT+ community, people with disabilities and bilinguals. They also offer a 24 hour hotline, resources for college students and an educational program for youth. The tasks I carried out as an intern were engaging and creative. I always felt respected and appreciated. Pathways for Change maintains strong sense of community and my internship there provided me with both meaningful work experience and education.

Coworkers are great and caring for survivors can be impactful

There is little tangible support from management. They tend to keep everything a secret and there is a serious lack of communication as well as respect. They force employees to work additional hours on weekends/evenings without compensation of hours during the week.
