Pros

The manager will flaunt his wealth and take you out for expensive team dinners and outings every now and then. Would much rather get paid more than have him constantly show off how much he can afford.

Cons

Where do I begin... this is a PYRAMID SCHEME. Not a real company at all. No benefits, no stable income, minimum wage for working long hours in Costco's begging people to sign up for DirecTV. The only real way to make money in this business is -- you guessed it -- to build your own team of sad and naive individuals who need money fast. Don't be FOOLED. Manager calls team members into his office to write positive reviews as he watches over every word they type. Notice how none of the reviews have anything to do with marketing or actual clients? They have NONE. Go visit the office, no one will be there except for some receptionist and the "CEO" wasting the time of honest people looking for jobs. You have to listen to some rich guys "management call" multiple times a week and do endless outside work for NO COMPENSATION whatsoever. Such a disgrace.

We would like to thank you for your review. As for what you said, we are a company that works with a Fortune 500 company to help people grow in the business and marketing world. For visiting our office, all of our employees are sent out to on site areas to work which is why no one is required to be in the office everyday. Although, we do offer time for anyone to be in the office to learn and get advice from our CEO, CORP TRAINER, AM AND different MARKET MANAGERS and we have mandatory weekly meetings. It is up to them if they want to take up that opportunity or not and come to meetings. Yes we do take our team out for team nights and different event but this isn't for us to flaunt money it is for bonding experience. When it comes to pay for our employees we not only offer an amount per hour but they also receive commission. Our morals here at pathfinder are we take pride in the fact that we want to assist our employees to learn and grow to advance in their positions and in the company. Definition of PYRAMID SCHEME IS a form of investment (illegal in the US and elsewhere) in which each paying participant recruits two further participants, with returns being given to early participants using money contributed by later ones. If you worked at Pathfinder we have never asked or charged any of our employees to work here or be apart of our organization. But Again we would like to thank you for taking the time for writing your review and will take in all of what you said into consideration. Please next time you write review make sure you are not writing it based off your emotions but based of facts and logics.

Pros

Pathfinder is one of the most professional and fun work environments I've seen able to be apart of. The office is very professional. I met Noah who was very charismatic and broke down the company goals he was trying to accomplish. Not everyday you interview with the CEO of a company. The team is very lively and friendly. Everyone gets along well and is family oriented. Lots of fun team nights where we get together.

Cons

If you don't like talking to customers or people this won't be a good fit. If you're looking for just an hourly paying job this won't be a good fit.

Pros

I used to work in retail management and event planning/photography for weddings and various celebrations so this job was definitely a different flavor than what I was used to. But the thing is that they don’t put you down when you’re struggling. They helped find my struggles and helped me grow from there. I’ve been an employee for about 5.5 months and moving forward into management. Definitely a great job if you like to take control of your paycheck as they are commission based but they have hourly pay in case you don’t preform well on a day, it’s a safety net but obviously we want to take home much more than base pay. This company really cares about what we do as a team and they cater to everyone’s goals. You just need to be willing to put in the time. IF YOU PUT IN THE WORK = YOU WILL SEE RESULTS

Cons

You do have to drive a lot and spend time in places you’re not familiar with but that’s not really a con. You just need to learn how to adapt in situations that are different than what you’re used to.
