Pros
-Get to work along side animals (have cats chickens, and horses onsite) - if you are into this sort of thing it is nice. -Work 1 on 1 with the victims so you feel like you're making a real difference - Staff was always open to new ideas on processes -Staff overall was enjoyable to work with personality wise
Cons
-I love animals however I am allergic to cats so having them near me so much would cause flair ups -You have to be very flexible - schedule can change depend on the residents needs -Workload is overall poorly managed -Only 5 days of PTO per year for full time employees -Not alot of room for career growth as the org is very small
