Some coworkers are very kind and almost as mentors.

Management is garbage. They don’t care about employees. Under paid overworked. Barely have benefits. This place is the worst place I have ever worked. Some employees are great but the leadership team here is horrendous. Micro-managing you and not providing you with any help. They don’t care about their employees and will lie to anyone trying to join about their horrible turnover rate. In the past 2 years over 8-10 people have left this place and they were all so happy when they did.
