Pros

I've worked at PassFort for over a year and there a number of reasons why this is one of the best places I have worked at! To name a few: - People. The people of any company are what define it and, at PassFort, everyone from junior staff to management make this an extremely enjoyable place to work. Hiring and a fairly flat structure have made it so there are no egos on the team with everyone being treated equally and with respect. - Independence. I know at that my work at PassFort makes a difference and I'm given the autonomy to do what I believe will have the greatest impact within my role. - Opportunity. The company has achieved a great deal over the last year and with that I have been able to grow quickly into my role as a solutions engineer but also do work outside of my usual duties if I thought it was beneficial. Now that we have been acquired by Moody's there is an opportunity for me to work on bigger, better (faster, stronger) deals .

Cons

The acquisition by Moodys is bringing a lot of change to the organisation as you would expect. However, I believe management and the people team are doing a great job of preserving the identity of PassFort and sure the pros I have listed above continue to be true.
