Pros

Work life balance and company activities but only on the basis of what they truly are and not what the leadership teams makes out to be.

Cons

- leadership's willingness to develop its people - CFO's ablity to look past his ego and be authentic - stop talking so much and listen to your people - inclusion of staff in vision/strategic direction - the myth of the "right to challenge" as being the company culture - even though the perks offered by the company are great, the perks are bribes to the employees masking as a company culture. Perks are not culture. Culture is about developing employees at all levels, communicating to your employees and allowing employees to be engaged. All of these are severely lacking. Especially from the CFO.

Pros

• The pay is decent for sure, and there are a lot of perks with the job. Company paid insurance 100 percent for you and dependents, Performance bonuses, and other ways to make money. • Matched 401k 100 percent vested. •Create your own schedule with partner 100 days off a year. •Good group of guys work together when things get busy but your alone 60 percent of time.

Cons

Working salary and some days can get long so may take a while before the salary is in your favor. On call 24/7 during your days on. Can expect at least a few late night calls per rotation. When things get busy it can get a bit overwhelming.
