      Pros

      Some good perks. At the beginning, great job mates but best of them were leaving the company.

      Cons

      Management is quite money driven and if you're not part of their inner circle there are few to none possibilities to grow in salary or responsibilities. Culture has been degrading, poor hiring choices and a general sensation of living of old glories.

      Pros

      Free language lessons. Nice perks if you've been there a while, like health insurance, gym pass. Half day birthday. Friendly, smart and helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      Laptops can be very old and badly maintained. Overly corporate. Unreasonable contract clauses. Slow to respond to employee concerns.

      Great people to work with. Great enviroment

      Cons

      Salaries are very varied. In average very low, but some people earn a lot more than others doing the same job ( or less ). This of course is not the employees fault, but rather the management. It´s all about the first interview and how much you ask for as your starting salary.
