      Very friendly, knowledgeable team, flexible working, good opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      No real perks common in other architectural practices. No good coffee, no insurance, no bonuses, no buying extra holidays, not much of a social atmosphere. Two tier workforce with many on continuing short term contracts.

      highly functional and very hands-on in the project despite any hierarchical title of your role. You will learn a lot & their staff are willing to be great mentors.

      Cons

      Steep learning curve for those who have not been in competitions or proficient in revit.
