Working in Aesthetic industry - Product Consultant Parvus Employee Review

It is a small company that had a good culture and enviorment that got better when they were bought out by Curtiss Wright. Making the company more secure. They are coming up with some good products.

Because of working with government contracts, there was the typical red tape and there are always a few disgruntled employees. There was a large falling out in engineering, but they are beginning to recover.

Great coworkers. 9/80 schedule in summers provided every other Friday off. Decent promotions during a couple of the good years. Previous parent company would suck up all the profits, so recent acquisition by Curtis-Wright could possibly lead to improvements.

Current management doesn't seem to value employees or their input at all. Long hours are often expected and never rewarded. Lots of ego clashes between departments. Products mostly follow the competition or simply repackage other devices. Many, many talented employees have left in the last couple years.
