Pros
In my interview, I asked a Senior Executive what was the best part of working here and he replied, "It's a family business" and I can tell it really is. In addition to the standard benefits, taking time off to deal with family matters isn't frowned upon by management. People here truly do believe in the "family first" type of culture and therefore, it's not surprising that so many people are willing to work from hom (if their jobs allow it). Additionally, employees are often treated to lunches on the company during the busy season and a number of fun events are held throughout the year. It makes coming to work fun.
Cons
Thus far, I haven't seen any! As with every business, I'm sure that there are cons to this, but right now I'm happy with my work environment, with the company culture and with the salary. The only possible thing I could come up with as a con is the parking situation.
