Pay and benefits are above average....Follow the programs and its pretty hard to fail.
Cons
Innovation at store level is considered subversive. Do not want their managers to think...just execute whatever task they send...some of which are idiotic and counterproductive. GM's are expected to work massive amounts of overtime at Halloween with no compensation.
