Amidst the challenges of a post-pandemic landscape, there has been significant turnover and rapid growth within the organization. In the past 12 months alone, two-thirds of the leadership team chose to move on. As the organization experienced this surge, it grappled with growing pains, the existing organizational and operational infrastructure wasn't robust enough to sustain such expansion. In an effort to strike a delicate balance between growth and the establishment of a stronger foundation, the organization has been actively working to enhance its infrastructure.
