I prefer a leader who is honest and tells it how it is, if you do that as a leader, you get reprimanded. Management treats you like you’re in high school. You train FOREVER for a higher position without being paid for it until you’re officially promoted. Make people apply for the promotions and train them after they’re promoted, stop trying to get people to do more work for less money. Supervisors are salaried but often expected to work more than 40 hours a week.
