Good pay and benefits, clear SOPs, more relaxed atmosphere, close-knit team

Not as many opportunities to move up within the company

One great product People are great

Executive team does not have clear strategy. Consistently under capitalized. Can't afford to develop products effectively. Stock options rarely offered and no path to profitability. Bonus payments are 2 years behind(!). Little prospects for career growth at Director and above. High performance is not rewarded. Medical plan was a strong benefit but was significantly reduced and costs to employees increased.
