A very amateur retailer which comes across in lack of experience across the company. Young inexperienced staff given titles when forced to work long hours and away from home. This company uses a online platform which actually causes stress to Managers as it allows junior sales staff to write reviews without any screening. No respect for employees email, calls, video calls every day including holidays. I found out in my first few weeks staff turn over is really high. which is not surprising given the culture of this business. Staff are on commission and this really comes across in the aggressive behaviour of the senior Managers. Speaking to many staff I found and there is no positive feedback unless it is sales related.
