Work favoritism and overworking - Production Partner Industrial Employee Review

The management is all long standing employees that have not been reviewed in a long time and tend to pick favorites to let slack off and spend days chatting and hanging out with them and the good workers are expected to work twice as hard to make up for the short staff while the favorites are hanging out and they will almost certainly push mandatory over time always and will not respect your life outside of work and the fact that alot of people do not want to or can not basically live at their jobs
