The company was constantly changing its focus and making nonsensical decisions along the way. For example, leasing lavish offices that rarely had any attendance due to a fully remote workforce , and spending large sums of money to rebrand and change the company name and logo/colors multiple times. These expensive decisions were made alongside doing multiple rounds of layoffs.
