Pros
The kitchen is stocked with snacks, which is a small perk day to day.
Cons
Parry Labs is a very unstable place to work. There have been several rounds of layoffs in a short period, and it always feels like more could be coming. The cuts often impact people who are actually doing the work, while the large group of senior leaders remain untouched. The C-suite is disconnected and more focused on image than supporting the teams that keep the business running. This year alone, there have been multiple lawsuits, including ones involving former employees, which really says a lot about the culture and leadership. HR also asks new hires to post positive reviews within their first few months, so many of the glowing comments on here don’t reflect what it’s actually like once you’ve been around longer. Overall, the environment is fear-driven, with very little transparency and no real sense of job stability or long-term growth.
