Provides a wide range of services to people in need. Seems to be good work/ life balance for some. Rates of pay are modest or minimum award (this is a not-for profit!) Has stated values but they seem to be generally ignored

Little or no trust in the executive team. They seem fragmented or in competition. Very little cooperation or collaboration across the organisation and limited sharing of useful information. Seems to have grown too quickly and is missing some fundamental elements that would enable more effective operation

Laid-back office culture, some nice people. No real KPI's or demands at all. Perfect for people that don't really care about the jobs/helping people. Not really doing much each day.

Bullying, social hierarchy, cliques, once you're on the ''out'' there's no getting back in, ostracism. No work ethic or expectations.
