Pros
Was able to negotiate flexible working hours after having children. Salary was above market rate . Good location, nice offices centrally located.
Cons
No career development or progression. Very poor management, not allowed to air grievances through fear of repercussions. Comunication from management very poor. Very much 'Senior Management' and then everybody else - Senoir management very much enjoyed perks not available to the rest of the the staff who worked just as hard and played a big part in getting results.
