Pros
As a startup you get to work with a lot of new technologies that you might not be able to ever touch in a corporate env. At ParkHub we are full of energy and not afraid to take chances, fail fast and learn from our mistakes and accomplishments. While deadlines can be tight I enjoy working in that type of environment because there is a sense of ownership and accomplishment when the deadlines are met and your clients and fellow employees are happy. I have been here since the beginning when there was one developer in the company and have seen the growth first hand. We have the right people in the right seats and it shows and that makes for a great place to work!
Cons
Priorities can change pretty quickly depending on how the business is prioritizing growth and opportunities which can lead to unfinished and roughly finished features. Having said that I am not sure you can get around this to some extent when you are growing a company.
