Pros
Useful certifications paid for by the company. Don't need much/any project management experience to apply. Connected me with complex projects I would otherwise not have access to.
Cons
Little formal development after initial training - beyond online mentoring the company will not pay for additional certifications. The manager for Project Solutions is never available. Conditions for bonuses not clearly laid out and can change. Original offering was misleading - this changed throughout the recruitment process.
